What we keep, and how to delete it

Signed out — nothing leaves your browser

Your answers and completed steps sit in this browser's local storage. We cannot read them, they are not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data erases them for good.

Signed in — progress only

We store the capabilities you rated, the steps you ticked, your chosen role, persona and weekly hours — against your Google account id, so it follows you to another device. Your name and email come from Google and are used only to show you who is signed in.

We do not store your resume, your CV, anything you type outside the self-check, or any browsing history. We do not sell anything, and we share nothing with employers. Nobody but you can read your record.

Anonymous usage analytics

We count which roles get opened and where people drop out, so we know what to fix. These events are not tied to your account.
