About

The information is free.
The map wasn’t.

Everything you need to become AI-ready is already public — the docs, the papers, the repos, the talks. What a driven person in India lacks is not access. It is a straight answer to what does the job actually ask for, and what should I skip. RoleGPS is that answer, and it costs nothing to use.

Mission

Turn what Indian employers actually ask for into the shortest self-taught path to a job — and keep that path free for anyone willing to put in the hours.

Vision

A million people in India who taught themselves into AI work, with proof — and the country’s AI talent gap closed from the bottom up, not the top down.

Why India, why now

Supply is not the problem.

82%

of Indian employers say they cannot fill the roles they have open — and AI skills are now the single hardest skill to find, ahead of engineering and IT.

ManpowerGroup Talent Shortage Survey 2026
~16 lakh

approved engineering seats in India for 2025–26, an eight-year high, with computer science driving the growth.

Neither is content. The missing piece is the translation between the two — a plain reading of what the job ads say, and an honest reading of where you stand.

What we hold to

Four rules we don’t break

The asymmetry is gone. Reading the market is the scarce skill now, so we do it for you.
Outcome, not content. We never ask "did you finish". We ask "does this get you the job".
Knowing what not to learn is worth more than another course.
Every number links to its source. If we can't source it, we don't show it.
What it costs you

Nothing

The material is already out there and already free — we select it, we don’t produce it. What we add is knowing which parts the market actually asks for. A map to things you can already reach isn’t something to charge for.

No paid tier, no ads, no affiliate links.

Working together

How recruiters and headhunting teams fit in

The people who know the real demand are the ones filling the roles. We are building RoleGPS with recruiting and headhunting teams who can say what the ads don’t — which capabilities actually decide an offer, and which are résumé decoration.

What we ask for: a periodic read on demand, per role. What we never ask for: candidate data. Nothing shared is sold or listed; it only sharpens the weights described on how it works.
