Partners

Help keep the map true.

RoleGPS reads 225 job ads across 10 AI roles in India and turns them into a free path for anyone who wants one of those jobs. But ads lag. Recruiters see demand drift months before it reaches an ad; placement cells see the supply side first. The map is only as true as the people who correct it.

Why partners

The map is only as true as the people who correct it.

Recruiters · headhunters · hiring managers

Tell us what the ads don’t say.

You know which three lines on a JD actually decide the offer and which ten are decoration. Ten minutes a month per role, and that knowledge reaches every learner who reads the page — with your name on the source line if you want it there.

10 mina month, per role

That is the whole ask. One short read, once a month, on the roles you actually hire for. No dashboard, no login, no meetings.

What you give

  • A short read per role, monthly: which capabilities decide offers, which are décor, what is newly showing up in screens.
  • A yes/no on what we already show — does this list match what you actually screen for?

What you get

  • Your read moves the numbers, shown as a partner signal next to the ad share.
  • Credit as a named source on the role pages you contribute to (optional).
  • An early view of drift across all roles, before it reaches the ads.

What we never ask

  • Candidate names, CVs, pipelines or outcomes.
  • Anything about your clients or your fees.
  • Money. This is not a paid listing and cannot become one.
Colleges · placement cells · training partners

Give every student the same map.

The material is already free. What a final-year student lacks is a straight answer to what the job actually asks for and what to skip. RoleGPS is that answer, needs no sign-in, and costs your institution nothing.

₹0for the institution, ever

No licence, no seat count, no pilot that turns into an invoice. The same map every college gets, for every student, with no sign-in.

What you give

  • Put it in front of students: a link in the placement portal, a session in the pre-placement week, a QR on the notice board.
  • Tell us which roles your batch is aiming at, so those pages are refreshed first.

What you get

  • A market-true path for every student, per role, free — no licence, no seat count.
  • A per-role demand snapshot for your placement cell, in plain sentences you can put in a report.
  • The open demand table for your curriculum review, under CC BY.

What we never ask

  • Student data, marks or contact lists.
  • Exclusivity. Every college gets the same map.
  • A fee, now or later, for the learner side.
How a read is used

Read, weighted, shown.

A partner read never overwrites the ads. It sits beside them, weighted by how many partners say the same thing, and it is always labelled as what it is.

  1. Read

A partner tells us, per role, which capabilities decide offers, which are décor, and what is newly showing up in screens.

  2. Weighted

Reads are aggregated across partners. One voice nudges a number; several in agreement move it. No single partner can set a figure.

  3. Shown as a partner signal

The result appears next to the ad share on the capability, with the source line naming who said so — if they chose to be named.

Example · what a learner sees
Prompt evaluation
Partner signal · Recruiter, Bengaluru“Decides the offer more often than the ads suggest.”

The ad share stays the ad share. The signal is a second, labelled line, never a silent edit.

The full rule, in the methodology

Partner tiers

Three badges, one place.

Badges are shown on the source line, nothing else. They cannot be bought and they do not change a number.

Founding partner

Gave a read on a role before its first public refresh. Named on the source line for as long as the role page exists.

Signal partner

Sends a monthly read on at least one role. Named on that role’s source line while the read stays current.

Placement partner

A college or placement cell that puts the map in front of a batch. Named on the About page, never on a role page.

What partners can hold us to

Four rules we don’t break

No candidate data. We never ask for, store or see a candidate. Only what the role asks for.
Nothing is sold. No partner input is listed, resold or shown to another partner by name.
Free for learners, always. No paid tier, no ads, no affiliate links. Partners cannot buy placement.
Aggregated and sourced. A read is shown as a partner signal next to the ad share, never blended in silently.
Free to use

A map only we can read
is not a public map.
